How we started
Welcome to our family of Medicare insurance helpers! Our team is dedicated to making sure that everyone gets the care they need, just like we did for our beloved father, Julio. We call him "Pop," and when he suffered a massive heart attack, we knew we had to take care of him. We brought him home and he became a part of our family of 5, now 6.

But we quickly realized we knew nothing about Medicare insurance and the benefits and costs involved. We had to educate ourselves on his immediate needs to keep him healthy and financially stable. It wasn't easy, but we did our best, and when Pop passed away, we knew we weren't alone. We realized this happens to everyone in our country.

That's when Ana decided to become a licensed insurance agent. With her background in journalism, she quickly assembled a team of agents with the same passion for helping people navigate the confusing waters of the insurance industry, including me, her husband Shane.

Since then, we've not only grown our business, but we've also been recognized as the top sales agent for Medicare insurance in Northeast Ohio. In 2022, we were awarded the Agency of the Year by HealthPro Consultants, and also earned the Top Producer Award for MA/DSNP plans by United Healthcare. We offer a variety of Medicare companies, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Anthem, Devoted, Humana, Cigna, Wellcare, Caresource, and Ambetter. Additionally, we provide Dental, Vision, and Hearing Insurance Plans through NDC, Cigna, Humana, and Delta Dental.

But our services don't stop there. We also serve non-medicare clients with Short Term and Affordable Care Act Insurance. Our team of 20 agents is dedicated to servicing our clients' insurance needs in 21 states, including Ohio, Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
